What is SparkLit Events LLC?
SparkLit Events LLC is an event entertainment company specializing in live band experiences, professional hosting and coordinated event services for weddings, church functions, milestone celebrations, corporate events, community events and other special occasions.
What areas do you serve?
We serve New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Travel, tolls, parking, lodging or specialized transportation may affect the final proposal when applicable.
What size live bands do you offer?
Our live band experiences are available in flexible 3- through 8-piece configurations. We help determine the appropriate configuration based on your event, musical needs, venue and budget.
Is the sound system included with the live band?
Yes. An appropriate live sound system is included with our live band experiences based on the selected band configuration and event requirements. Events requiring additional equipment or more advanced production may require a customized quote.
Can I book SparkLit for sound without hiring the band?
Yes. Standalone Live Sound System service is available starting at $850. Final pricing depends on the event, performers, venue, equipment requirements and coverage duration.
Do you provide a DJ and MC?
Yes. DJ Service starts at $1,200, Professional MC / Host service starts at $650, and the DJ + MC Experience starts at $1,700. DJ Hybrid Coverage can also be added to a selected live band starting at +$1,000.
What is the DJ + Live Band Hybrid Experience?
The live band performs designated live sets while the DJ provides music during selected portions of the event, transitions and band breaks. This combines the energy of live music with the flexibility of DJ coverage.
Can we request specific songs?
Absolutely. Standard music preparation is included. Requests requiring extensive custom arrangements, specialty musicians, substantial new material or additional rehearsals may require an additional fee, which will be discussed and approved before booking.
What additional services can I add?
Depending on availability and event requirements, SparkLit can coordinate professional MC/hosting, DJ services, photography, videography, live streaming, photo booth experiences, Event Accent Lighting, live sound and custom event décor.
Do you offer photography and videography together?
Yes. Photography starts at $1,250, videography starts at $1,500, and combined Photography + Videography starts at $2,500. Final coverage and deliverables are confirmed in your proposal.
Do you offer live streaming?
Yes. Live Streaming starts at $450 for standard coverage of up to two hours. The service includes single-camera mobile coverage, stabilized video, direct sound-system audio integration when technically feasible, setup/testing, active monitoring and one client-selected streaming destination.
Do you provide event lighting?
Yes. Event Accent Lighting starts at $500 and can include coordinated uplighting, RGB accents and dynamic entertainment lighting for selected performance, dance-floor and event areas.
Do you offer complete event packages?
Yes. SparkLit offers coordinated event experiences in addition to individual services, including the Signature Event Experience starting at $4,500, Premier Event Experience starting at $7,000 and Complete Wedding Experience starting at $9,500.
Are the prices shown on the website final prices?
Website prices are starting prices based on standard event coverage and production requirements. Final pricing is customized based on event duration, venue logistics, travel requirements, selected services, production needs, custom requests and overall event scope. You receive one complete event price before booking.
How do I reserve my event date?
Submit an inquiry with your event details. After we review your needs, SparkLit prepares your proposal. Once the services and final price are approved, we prepare the service agreement. Your date is confirmed after the required agreement is signed and the 30% booking retainer is received.
Can you work directly with my venue or event planner?
Yes. We can coordinate with your venue, planner or designated event representative regarding access, setup, sound, electrical requirements, scheduling and other production details relevant to the SparkLit services you book.
Do you handle outdoor events?
Yes, when conditions and venue arrangements allow. Outdoor events require a safe, dry, stable and adequately protected area for performers and equipment. Additional production requirements may apply depending on weather exposure, electrical access and venue conditions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for weddings and popular event dates. Availability depends on the date, selected services, musicians, service partners and production requirements.
How do I get started?
Submit an event inquiry with your date, venue, estimated guest count, event times and the services you are interested in. We will review the details and help build the SparkLit experience around your celebration.
